		<description>There is a huge difference between going for the cheapest cost and going for the most cost effective solution. Many times, people mis-construe the lowest cost as the best solution without realising that quality and effectiveness are part of the equation. And we all know, anything multiplied by zero is still a big fat zero. Good one, Matt! :)</description>
