Back On The Blogging Trail
The past few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind for me as I launched an all new blog, kept this blog going, and laid the groundwork for starting a pair of additional blogs. I am not feeling overwhelmed, but definitely “stretched” would be an apt description of what I am going through!
I Am Thankful For Your Overwhelming Support
I’m still trying to digest everything that has transpired regarding Monday’s launch of the SayEducate blog. I asked the majority of my stumbling friends to visit the site to give it a thumb’s up and you did — many more people responded than I could possibly expect.
What’s more, Andy Beard — and you may very well know how helpful a guy he is — took it upon himself to stumble a different page, mentioning that Tim Nash had discovered that sending everyone to the same page at once could have a negative effect on one’s stumble efforts. I am happy to report that with more than 1000 uniques on its first day the blog did just fine, but I appreciated Andy’s advice.
A Quiet Launch and Then Some
I also launched CabinManagers, a small resource site for commercial and corporate flight attendants. Although it isn’t complete, I wanted to upload what I had with more pages to follow within the next week.
Two more blogs are under development as soon as I decide what I will do with them. One is definitely “flip material” while the other one I might hold onto for awhile. I expect one or both will be internet-ready by early November.
Still Writing For Clients
I had to forward some work to a writing colleague last week as my writing load is fairly stacked. Naturally, I’ll be catching a break in a few days, but I know that when it comes to writing press releases people cannot wait. These were new clients, but I know the recipient needed work and she is a skilled writer.
I can’t pass work on all that much, but when I do I make sure that it goes to the right person.

Thanks, Server. I fully intend to. In fact, I have a few more sites that will roll out in the coming weeks.

Interesting content in SayEducate. I am not from US, but I is interesting to compare with my country’s similars. You can count on me for stumble and comments.

What Tim recently highlighted is that there is a decreased value if you Stumble something after a friend messages you about it.

Thanks, Andy. I’m getting that a certain “law of diminished returns” is in play with this method.
Thanks, Sintra. I’m glad that you found something that you like.

Is it better to work exclusively on one site instead of having multiple sites? Or the more the better?
