Blogis Interruptus
It is time for me to take a break from blogging. Yes, I am hanging up the old keyboard and taking some much needed time off.
Where am I going? Actually, I’ll be right where I always am — working on my computer.
At this very moment I am knee deep in several projects including developing a new blog for a business client. When that blog is complete I’ll be staying on as one of the lead bloggers and as the site’s administrator.
I am not going to offer hints as to where I’ll be, but you can find that out when my next blog post talks all about the new blog. Hopefully, it’ll only take me a few days to complete the project as I promised myself that this blog won’t be updated again until the day that the other blog launches. November 2009? April 2012? Yikes!
In the meantime, please peruse The Article Writer archives for your personal selection of “best of” articles.

I’ll be back and the break won’t be all that long. I plan on blogging just as frequently here as I have always been doing. I’m just adding something new to go with the something old. Now I need something blue…

All the blogs I am reading are in a short break now…. is the autumn? Wish you all the best for your new project and come back soon. I will think of something blue for you

Yeah, everyone seems to be busy. Maybe they are preparing Halloween or Christmas =)
Dude, we will wait right here and wait for your next post

Sintra: Autumn is usually my busiest time of the year as everyone who slacks off all summer long gives me work. Hence, the need to do some work for a client!
Peter: I promise your wait won’t be forever. In fact, I’m already seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

We’ll miss you during your hiatus and look forward to a speedy return. Good luck with your new project.

Sounds like a good plan. Quality, not quantity, is better. Which would we rather read: a short punchy post about how to genuinely get more good traffic to a site, or a long, tired rambling post about what someone ate today? And how it came out the other end?
And with that lovely image, toodle pip!

Lillie: Thank you for your kind wishes!
T.O.: What a note to leave on!
Yes, sticking with the facts is the best blogging that is for certain. Throwing in a little bit of local color as you have done can make for a graphic read.

Yeah, it seems that everyone is taking a break now. we need that, though. my cousin who is in the mortgage refinance business, says that the body cannot be in a state of arouasal all the time… it needs to rest and re-charge…
we wait for your return then…

Yen, we all need to goof off every now and then. I intend to do some of that!
