Be careful if you choose to upgrade your WordPress blog from 1.5 to 2.0.

The “dashboard” with 2.0 is a bit unstable and it needs to be updated to a patch release, 2.0.1. I have learned that the 2.0 dashboard leaves out certain important icons to help organize each entry. In addition, the 2.0 version seems to have had some issues with MySql databases, thus the patch upgrade.

I am still using 1.5 on this blog but the later versions with my Jet Movements and The Auto Writer blogs. I have had some problems with the latter, but it may be more a templates issue than a WordPress issue.

For the record, I like the WordPress dashboard better than the Blogger dashboard. Cleaner and easier to understand too.
