Powweb Raises the Bar

I use Powweb exclusively as my web host for my many clients. The company has a rock solid reputation, has grown well over the years, and is considered by some as one of the “Ten Best” web hosting companies around.

Today, I received an announcement from the company stating that they have increased disc space from 5GB to 12GB, and at no extra charge for both new and existing customers. The $7.77 per month fee that I have been paying for three years has remained constant.

I must stress that Powweb has continually expanded its menu to include more features such as free extra months, the expanded disc space, toll free assistance, one click downloads for free software, and more. Again, all of these “extras” come at the same $7.77 monthly fee that they have been charging for years.

Sssh! It is a Secret!

From time to time I have helped people craft their resumes. Usually this task involved someone in aviation who needed some assistance fleshing out all of their training, schooling, job background, etc., into a copy that was readable, interesting, and persuasive.

I quit publicizing this aspect of my “writing” skills two years ago, but I will — on a case by case basis — help interested parties once again.

Unlike in times past, I won’t actually deliver hard copies to my clients. Instead, I will craft an MS Word compatible document that you can take to the printer yourself.
